We want to hear from you

It may be helpful for you to know this regarding your student's application process to Kettering:

We try to make this process as personable as possible, for example, by assigning one of our admissions counselors to every applicant. Your student's counselor is available to answer questions, explain next steps, and to educate you on "all things Kettering".

It is our goal to maintain close contact with every applicant via whatever method works best -- home phone, cell phone, e-mail, Facebook, visits, letters, notes, carrier pigeon-- tell me what works best for your family!

If you don't yet know the name of your student's Kettering admissions person, please let me know. I will be happy to connect you! The staff is spending a good deal of time traveling around the country recruiting during the fall months, but they do check messages and respond to voice mails and e-mail.

(For your information, Kettering will begin to send decision letters in mid-November to students whose files are already complete.)

Kettering practices "rolling" admissions, meaning that we do not maintain application deadlines. Students may apply throughout senior year of high school!

If you ever experience difficulty reaching anyone in the Office of Admissions, remember that I am only a phone call or an email away as well!

Best of success to your future math, science, engineering, or business student! (Or how about pre-med?)
